Conn & Smith provides pesticide regulatory coaching. This service is well suited to clients with small regulatory departments and clients with no or limited experience with a new type of regulatory objective. FIFRA coaching provides one-on-one, hands-on guidance for the regulatory task of the day with the goal of enabling the client to achieve a higher level of regulatory independence and self-confidence. As coaches, we provide the most relevant U.S. EPA regulatory documents for the task and recommend efficient paths for completing the task while noting the pitfalls to avoid. We also critique client-prepared draft documents and submissions for completeness, accuracy, internal consistency, clarity, and compliance with U.S. EPA guidelines and policies.
